Suzie's waka lesson


First we cut out the waka shape. Harley said this was a bit tricky.

Next we had to cut out the stern post and the prow of the waka.Finn enjoyed this part.

 Then we folded up the waka and now it looked like a boat. Roan thought this was quite easy!

 Then the front and back carvings were added. Nice job Charlie

 Then we got to draw our own symbols on our own waka so they could represent US.
